RATES

Career Images will quote all model rates separately. All usage is to be negotiated as rates apply to shooting time only. One hour minimum on set. Lingerie/Underwear: Agency must check with model before accepting any lingerie bookings. A closed set and private changing room required. Career Images does not book nudes.

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS

If client does not exercise the option to release or confirm tentative bookings, Career Images has the right to cancel the booking.

DEFINITE BOOKINGS

All bookings are computed on an 8 consecutive hour day. Before 8:00AM or after 5:00PM, or after 8 consecutive hours, time-and-a-half will be charged, unless other arrangements have been made. Weekend rates negotiated separately.

TRAVEL TIME

Charged at half time(out-of-state).

PREPARATION TIME

Make-up, hair, dressing, styling, etc.: Full fee.

WEATHER PERMIT

Same day cancellations: half booked time. Cancellation the day before: full fee. Type of weather must be specified.

CANCELLATIONS

Within 10 working days prior to the start of the booking, half fee charged. Within 9 days prior to the start of the booking, full fee. Cancellation of trips or full fee confirmed bookings must be made 1 week prior to booking, otherwise full fee will be charged up to maximum of 2 days.

PRODUCT BOOKINGS

Subject to negotiation. Check with agency for conflicts. No advertising, package, poster, billboard, point-of-purchase, hangtags, package inserts of use of the model's name may be used unless approved by the agency.

USAGE RIGHTS

Limited to the specific rights granted. May not be extended without negotiation.

SPEC JOB / TEST SHOOTS

Models may not sign a photographic release and photographer may not use pictures unless specific arrangements have been made prior to the shoot.

VIDEO DISPLAY

Must be negotiated prior to booking.

TERMS

A (20%) Agency fee will be added to all billing invoices. Finance charge (2% over 30) applied on all invoices not paid within 30 days.
