Dear Ray:

Your Production last Saturday convinced me more than ever...YOUR REALLY KNOW 
YOUR BUSINESS! It is funny for me to make a statement like that (in writing yet!) on 
behalf of one of my competition. Even when I know the "other quy" does a good job, I am 
a bit "guarded" when it comes to putting that kind of statement out. It might be used to get
some business that I would rather have for myself. Kidding aside, I rarely write the
"rivalry" in this industry, because frankly, not too many are as deserving as your company.

We have felt so very comfortable doing reciprocal business with you; that it seems logical
for us to now "toot your horn". As you know, in the last thirty years or so we have done a 
"ton" of co-bookings all over the world. We have had many opportunities to see how
various agents operate. Like all industries, show business has its share of "bad apples" as
well as those few whom one might feel free to recommend. When it comes to honesty and
forbearance, you are a hard dude to beat! I love the way you follow through on everything
and make sure that what you promised to deliver is delivered. No one needs to sit around
and worry once they have turned it over to you. I only wish that could be said about the
majority of the agencies, but.......

I just want to say, that is more than a please doing business with you, it is 
"comforting."
